Strata was the first residential building in Burlington’s downtown area to incorporate LEED design concepts. Complete with a meditation garden, geo-thermal system, water efficient fixtures, low VOC finishes and 3,000 sq. ft. of bicycle storage, Strata is one of the most “green” residential buildings in the City of Burlington.
This innovative residential condominium boasts 21 storeys and two levels of below grade parking. It features residential units of various sizes, including one, two and three bedroom suites.
Strata features a two storey lobby with a waterfall feature, sitting area, controlled entry and access to other amenities including a business centre, café, lounge, and party room. The common area makes up 5,600 sq. ft., with living plants and Zen stone gardens providing a feeling of serenity when entering the building.
