We worked together with New Horizon Development Group on the City Square 2 Condominiums, located in the heart of the Durand District of Downtown Hamilton, Ontario. The 11 storey condo offers 15 unit types, ranging from 1 to 2 bedroom, and from 479 sq. ft. to 1,260 sq. ft. Each unit features an open concept kitchen, large living space and bedroom suite, and a balcony with a view of the city skyline. The building's other facilities include a wrap-around landscaped terrace, a ground level fitness room, 2 levels of underground parking, surface level visitor parking, and easily accessible bicycle storage. The condo also employs energy efficient geo-thermal heating and cooling technology. From the first week of sales, 75% of the City Square 2 units were sold, demonstrating the success of this contemporary residential project.
