Two mid-rise structures are slated for the site fronting Dundas Street West and will include several townhome condominiums on the north end of the site. The mid-rise buildings have cantilevered balconies on the upper floors and large private patios at grade. In addition, for residents use, the buildings will have their own party room and fitness area. The buildings are connected by a two storey lobby and lounge located at ground level. Both buildings are constructed of non-combustible materials such as iSpan total framing and poured concrete foundations. In order to reduce the site’s footprint resident parking is available underground.
