The site development includes a major plaza enhanced by fountains and water features, a green public garden and memorial garden. The planning also demonstrated how the adjacent streetscape is resolved to reflect the unique urban character of this particular site.
In 2002, in association with our Team of Engineering Consultants, we were chosen to undertake a facility space utilization study. This comprehensive report has provided the City of Burlington with important documentation related to the existing conditions of City Hall as well as various community buildings throughout the City and provides potential renovation and expansions options for these facilities.
