Wescast's new 93,000 SF Corporate Headquarters and Richard W. LeVan Technical Development Centre were designed to consolidate all of the company's research and development, product design and testing within one state-of-the-art building. This allows Wescast to accelerate product design and testing, provide advanced process development and carry out focused research to support their growth initiatives.
With the employee as the driving force behind the design, a large two-storey cafetorium was designed with a curved-glass wall allowing views out to the patio, on-site pond and hiking trail. This natural vista reflects the Environmental standards of the Corporation as well as their commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for the employee.
