Cultural
Woodstock Art Gallery

The Woodstock Art Gallery was originally founded by the Oxford County Art Association as a Centennial project in 1967 and is Oxford County's only public art gallery. In 1983, it was relocated from the downstairs of the Woodstock Library to the Neo-Georgian home located at 447 Hunter Street.
We worked together with the City of Woodstock to find a suitable location for the new state-of–the-art gallery. Located along Dundas Street, within one of the Woodstock, Ontario's, historic commercial buildings, the new Gallery has been designed to be fully accessible for those with physical disabilities. Positioned within steps of the Woodstock Museum, Museum Square, Market Square and City Hall, the relocation of the Woodstock Art Gallery is a major step in developing the downtown core into a cultural precinct.
