130 Thompson Condominiums is a development made up of three towers each with four concourse levels and two levels of underground parking. The tallest of the towers will be built on the corner of Thompson Road South and Drew Centre Road to provide a prominent street presence. The remaining two will be set back from the street.
Although each structure varies in massing, they are harmonized through similar aesthetics and detailing that align with the contemporary architecture of the nearby Milton Centre for the Arts and Milton Leisure Centre. The towers will also complement the future Gateway transit hub proposed at Main St. and Thompson Rd. with their height and density.
At ground level, the podium is host to 955 sq. m. (10,280 sq. ft.) of commercial/retail space proposed along Drew Centre Road with residential suites on the upper floors overlooking a landscaped recreation space.
