360 on Pearl is located in downtown Burlington near the waterfront of Lake Ontario. The area is surrounded by many award winning bistros, restaurants, shops and boutiques and in keeping with the culture of the downtown, 360 on Pearl incorporated its own ground level commercial space.
In keeping with the look of the downtown area, 360 On Pearl was designed to blend in with its surroundings while producing a notable presence. The podium was designed with a traditional stone cladding to compliment the neighbouring buildings and the tower sports large glazed areas with contrasting stucco banding.
Some of the amenities available in the building include a large meeting room, a barbeque lounge and terrace, a fully equipped fitness area complete with steam room and for entertainment, a fully appointed theatre room.
