The proposed site for this project is located at the intersection of Bronte and Main Street in Milton. The design is comprised of two buildings, each with a tower and six concourse levels. The development is linked by a shared amenity space along with both above ground and two levels of underground parking. Additional commercial and visitor parking is located on the surface. The 19 storey structure will be situated near the intersection to provide a prominent street presence with an open plaza engaging the community. Although each tower varies in massing, they are matched using similar detailing that reflects the contemporary architecture of the town hall addition and function as an entrance to downtown Milton travelling east on Main Street.
The project features 802 residential units with amenity space within the building as well as a common outdoor landscaped terrace on the sixth floor podium and a rooftop lounge/patio on each tower. The amenities include guest suites, a business centre, a yoga room, fitness room, a pet friendly washing area, swimming pool and spa.
