Trend Condominiums have been designed with a truly modern flare and include terraced towers at the fifth and ninth floors to provide a transition to the low rise residential development across the street. The design allows more of the residential units to have premium views of the Niagara Escarpment.
A component of the development sees 7,650 sq.ft. of commercial space along Mallard Trail in the six storey building and suite sizes range from 500 sq.ft. to 1,075 sq.ft.; primarily one bedroom and one bedroom plus den layouts. Residents will enjoy amenities such as rooftop terraces located at the fifth floor of the connecting buildings, ground level bicycle rooms, party rooms and fitness rooms located in the connecting buildings of phase one and three.
The design proved popular with buyers as 98 percent of available units in phase one and two were sold within the first week of release. Construction of the buildings incorporate both a poured concrete structure and an “Ispan” system and include one level of underground parking as well as a deck for surface parking. The buildings also employ energy efficient geo-thermal systems.
