The completion of this project was celebrated with quick sales to eager residents and an earli er than expected construction start date.
The inspiration behind this project is community themed development where we re-think the potential for multi-unit residential living. As our urban environment continues to shift away from detached single family homes, it is vital that we put in place design strategies that provide a sense of pride in ownership and resident privacy while encouraging interaction between neighbours in order to instill a strong sense of community. These types of approaches were implemented in the design of W aterfront Trails and can be attributed to the overall success of the project.
