As the sister project to the AquaBlu development, AquaZul maintains the clean lines, simple aesthetics and stark beauty of its predecessor. AquaZul is a two phase project consisting of six and ten storey steel and concrete buildings, connected by an elevated residential bridge. The buildings form a U-shape surrounding a large amenity area and in-ground pool. The development includes 342 units; many having been sold in the first hours of availability.
