The Hawthorne South Village Condos are located at the intersection of Leger Way and Louis St. Laurent in Milton, Ontario. The project consists of one mid-rise building, two three storey back-to-back townhome buildings and several townhomes on the southern portion of the site. One level of underground parking is available for residents in addition to a landscaped generous exterior area on the surface.
The mid-rise building has cantilevered balconies and large private patios at grade. The ground floor includes an inviting lobby with lounge and party rooms available for residents use.
The building utilized non-combustible construction using iSpan total framing, precast concrete at ground floor and poured concrete foundations. KNYMH also collaborated with Q4 Architects to produce the towns that are on concrete foundations and of wood frame construction.
