The Kaitting Trail project is composed of two mid-rise condominium buildings, two rear entry townhouses of four and six units, all on top of one underground parking structure servicing the entire development. The design incorporates spacious amenity areas and corresponding drop-off entrances for each building.
The mid-rise buildings’ architecture consists of a mixture of inset and cantilevered balconies and large private patios at grade. Both buildings are serviced by lobbies and lounge/covered amenity spaces.
They are constructed with non-combustible materials such as precast manufactured floors and steel frame exterior and interior walls all supported on a poured concrete basement structure.
The townhomes are built of wood frame construction in compliance with Mattamy Homes Energy Start requirements.
