As a new residential community located within the Town Milton, “Mile & Creek” is surrounded by the Niagara Escarpment, naturalized green space, parks and trails. Thoughtful massing emphasizes these peaceful surroundings while the use of a natural colour pallet and wood patterns brings warmth to the design. Keeping sustainability in mind, a geothermal system will be incorporated to heat and cool this three-phased project.
