Nestled at the foothills of the Niagara Escarpment, Soleil Condos offers a modern lifestyle, with all the comforts of home. The use of cedar-look siding, neutral EIFS shades, and masonry, draw in elements of the surrounding landscape, while black window frames, glass balcony railings, and white siding finishes provide a sharp modern contrast. Views of the nearby Niagara Escarpment were prioritized throughout the design of this project, from the sightlines provided in the landscaped courtyard to the placement of the rooftop terraces.
The buildings are each designed with smart home integration, used throughout the common spaces and suites. A variety of amenity spaces were integrated into the site design to provide homeowners with a comfortable work life balance. Some of these amenities include fitness/yoga rooms, social lounges, party rooms and rooftop terraces.
Designed with a hybrid system of CFS loadbearing steel stud walls, cast in place concrete shear walls, and precast concrete floors, these buildings allow for quick construction and efficient use of space within. Energy modelling was used during design for optimum building performance to increase comfort and reduce waste both during construction and future operation of the project.
